1. Our Privacy Commitment

At DMtoCal, we build scheduling tools for independent solo artisans. We respect your client chat data privacy. All text/chat logs you copy-paste into our editor are processed directly on a transient basis and are **never stored long-term** in our databases.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information to deliver our service:

• Email Address: When you register/log in via OTP or subscribe to our waiting list, we save your email in Supabase to track your accounts.
• Usage Counts: We count how many times you run AI parses to manage free quota limits (5 free parses/month) or active subscription plans.
• Local Settings: We use browser local storage to save your timezone preferences and anonymous usage limits (3 free guest parses).

3. AI Processing

When you click "Extract Order with AI", the chat log you pasted is securely sent via SSL to our upstream LLM API providers (DeepSeek or OpenAI) to extract structured appointment parameters. These providers are committed to secure data processing and do not use customer data submissions to train their base models.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Payment transactions are securely processed directly by our Merchant of Record partner, **Lemon Squeezy** (or PayPal if configured). We do not store or capture any raw credit card numbers or financial passwords on our servers. Lemon Squeezy transmits subscription state webhooks to automatically lock or unlock your Pro quotas.
